If I could leave 0 stars I would. My son was in for his appointment 8/3/2026. Family first calls me today 8/7/2026 to inform me that the instruments they used at his appointment possibly weren't sterilized and I should call his dr to get him tested and evaluated. I was a dental assistant and orthodontist assistant and never have heard of such unprofessionalism. If they weren't sure the instruments were sterilized they should have never used them. Mad is an understatement.

Wonderful experience for a dentist lol I have a lot of work to do and it’s been perfect so far..very fast..and they do sliding scale payments. Dr Norcross has been amazing:) she’s very sweet and exactly what I want in a dentist. Thank you:)!

I was a walk in for emergency tooth pain/wisdom teeth and after filling out a little bit of paperwork I was seen within 25 minutes. The office is clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. I saw doctor Carlisle and he was very nice and gentle with me and had me numbed very well and had my teeth removed within seconds! Best experience ever!

I switched from a dentist that gave up trying to save my teeth. I have sjogrens and dry mouth is a symptom.His solution is to pull. Dr. Walters is wonderful. She fixed a couple of teeth the other Dentist would’ve pulled. She spent two hours on my mouth, even though there were 2 other appointments. She sent my denture out to get repaired and it looks great The assistants are friendly. Yes, it takes about a half an hour to get somebody on the phone for an appointment but for me it was worth it. I had to give Dr. Walters a hug because she made feel good about my Smile. Thank you.

Do not recommend this place to anyone my mom is also a US senator so trust and believe I'm going to take this to the top of the chain. I was told they would pull 3 teeth. They pulled 7 with minimal novacaine when I asked to be put to sleep I was told they can't do that and we had to move forward with the procedure this way because there is no other option. "Absolutely A LIE"...With no pain meds prescribed or antibiotics After the procedure i was told if I had any problems to call their office it was 5:00 p.m. at this time she looked at the clock and said well we're closed for the weekend so if you have any issues I guess you'll have to let us know Monday.... If Tylenol doesn't work you can always go sit at the hospital for a few hours to get some medication for the pain... I just had seven teeth pulled do you think I want to sit in the hospital for hours waiting on medication they should have gave me their ridiculous... WOW what a joke... I explained I am an absolute pain now she says take Tylenol I explained to her that's not going to work I take some pretty serious medications it is because I'm in stage D heart failure. They were cleared by my cardiologist to pull three teeth n
